IBR has teamed to provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software development expertise to support the upgrade of the United States Census Bureau’s (USCB) partnership software systems. IBR is developing extended feature plugins to the core system (Open Source - QGIS) to enhance the basic functionality to meet specific GIS Census requirements.
